How to be happy always

We all want to be happy, but we don’t know how. We think success, achievement, and money will give us happiness. No doubts, these things give us happiness, but only for temporary moments. They can’t make us always happy. For being always happy, we will have to keep healthy thoughts. Healthy thoughts mean thoughts of love, peace, and happiness. Apart from it, living happily is a decision that we will have to take. We will have to decide that we have to be happy in all the situations. We will have to strongly believe that happiness is a state of mind. When we will accept it deeply, happiness will start coming into our life. It is generally seen that in the favorable situation we stay happy.
When the situation becomes tough, we become unhappy. Thus, we stay in the doldrums. To change this situation we will have to learn to be happy in difficult situations. We will have to understand that difficulties come and go. It doesn’t always remain in life. Some tips to be happy always

1. Change your belief system- Our belief system plays a vital role in our happiness. Our family and outside environments make our belief system. What we learn from childhood remains throughout our life. To make our belief system right. We will have to remind ourselves that.
-There is no problem in life. The problems are, actually, challenges.
-Whatever happens, happens for good.
-I am happy. I am always happy.
-I have the power to be always happy. My innermost is filled with happiness. I am peace and pleasure. For happiness, whatever is necessary, which is already, I have.

 2. Live in the present- Living in the present is not tough. For remaining in the present we will have to remind ourselves that only the present is useful. Losing in past is only wasting of time because the past has already spent. The use of present moment will lead our success and happiness. We will also remind ourselves that the future is only imagination. How foolishness is that giving importance that uncertain imagination at the cost of the present. Say this again and again. You soon get that your mind has stopped wandering in the past and the future. Remember that the present is only useful for us. 

3. Don’t compare- Are you ready to give up your own happiness for others if not, then stop comparing yourself with others. Remember your own talent and success will be useful for you not others. The power and success of others are not going to fulfill your any desire. The only comparison will deplete Your own capacity and success will. To stop comparison you will have to remind yourself that comparison is useless. When your subconscious mind will understand it, then your habit of comparison will automatically end. 

4. Don’t expect- Expectation is the main cause of your all problem. It is not possible that your every expectation be fulfilled. When you analyze, you will find that in your all problems expectation remains in a higher or lesser degree. If you want to be happy always, you will have to give up your all expectation. Leaving expectation may seem illogical initially but with practice, it may be left. So leave your expectation to be happy every day. Continuously reminding that expectation is the main cause of suffering. 

5. Love yourself- Start loving yourself. When you love yourself, your self-respect will be the boost. Your mood will be fine. And you will be able to better handle any situation. You will not be panic in your problems. Lack of self-respect lead us towards unhappiness and frustration, and we easily become irritated. Make some phrases that praise you. That will increase love to you. 

6. Positive attitude- Positive attitude is extremely necessary. Normally, our mind wanders toward negativity. At the initial stage, keeping a positive attitude will be tough but with practice, it will become easy. For keeping a positive attitude you will have to learn to be calm. Only in peace, you can see your thoughts. After observing your thoughts, you will find that 95% of your thoughts are useless. Change your negative thoughts into positive one.
Whenever a negative thought comes in your mind, change it into a positive thought. It will be better for you to practice mindfulness meditation. Simply sit at a quiet place and watch your thought neutrally. You should also write down all your negative thoughts on a piece of paper. And read it carefully. After reading your thoughts, consider its utility. You will get that most of your thoughts are useless. Do it daily, you will soon get rid of your most of negative thoughts. 

7. Forget past bad experience- Hanging in the past is our common tendency. Our past seems so important that we forget our present. Bad events of past replay in our mind. This hanging to the past is one of the main causes of our unhappiness. To be happy, it is necessary that we forget the bad experience of the past. We should remember good experiences of the past. It will make you happy.
Whenever you feel low, remember what had been happened well in your past.

 8. Be happy in little- we all think that big achievements and a good amount of money will make us happy. We all are so submerged in fulfilling them that we lost our peace. These things become our first priority while our happiness becomes our second priority.
While the fact is that we can also be happy in little things. A child becomes happy in little things.If we observe carefully, then we will find that there are many occasions to be happy in life. Don’t think that only big achievements and success will make you happy. Don’t stop your happiness only for bigger things instead learn to appreciate smaller things in life. 

9. Gratitude- Practicing gratitude is a great way to be happy in life. With practicing gratitude you learn to focus on the positive aspect of life. You will no longer stay at the negativity. You will not disappoint with negative things. When you will feel with gratitude, negative things will seem a blessing to you. With gratitude, You will fill with
positivity and happiness. Researchers have proved that with gratitude a person becomes more optimistic towards life. Make a list of things and express your gratitude for them. For example, I am thankful for my life for giving me an opportunity to live. Practice gratitude early in the morning and in the evening. 

10. Meditation- Since ancient time meditation has been used to stay calm and happy. Ancient saints knew the importance of meditation. With meditation mind becomes calm and stress and tension stay at bay. Positive thoughts often come in mind. Meditation is like a bath of mind as we clean of body similarly we should clean our mind with meditation. We should practice meditation at least half hour daily. The ideal time of mindfulness meditation is 20 minutes per day. 

11. Yoga/ Exercise- To be happy, the balance of mind and body is necessary. Only in a healthy mind, a healthy body can exist. When we don’t focus on exercise, then other methods to be happy don’t give the desired result. We will have to work at both levels- physical level and mental level. For physical level, we should do exercise and yoga and for the mental level we should meditate and keep
positivity.

 12. Mantra- The importance of mantra is being recognized today worldwide. When we chant a mantra, it creates vibrations around our body. The effect of mantra has been seen positive on mind and body. Mantra makes a person more positive and happy. It provides you the ability to face the challenges of life. It makes you mentally strong. 

13. Affirmation- Like mantra affirmation also plays a great role in making a person happy. You can make your affirmation as per your need. Identify your negative thought and make them positive. You should make some positive sentences to boost your self-esteem. Lack of self-esteem is one of the main causes of unhappiness. 14. Forgiveness- Forgiveness is the greatest virtue. Without learning forgiveness we can’t be happy in life. If we want to be free from jealousy and unhealthy competition, we will have to learn forgiveness. The biggest benefit of forgiveness is that we don’t cling to bad experiences. Know that forgiveness is necessary for your own benefit. 

15. Motivational Quotes Motivational quotes are of great value. We get motivation from these motivational quotes. We should keep these motivational quotes where our eyes often go. We should keep motivational quotes at the study table. Copies and book. We should decorate the walls from the motivational quotes. 

16. Sound sleep- Sound sleep is necessary for our overall wellbeing. Without it, we feel tiredness. We also lose our desire to do anything. Our mood also becomes irritated. Long sleeplessness is also cause of several diseases. There is greater possibility that we fell ill in absence of proper sleep. So take a sound sleep to stay happy in life. Fix time to sleep and get up early in the morning.

 17. Set goals- Setting a goal and working to achieve it will keep you busy. The goal keeps you busy. After achieving a goal, you will have to set the next goal. Thus, your goal will continuously change. And every time you should try to achieve it.

 18. Do what you like- To keep negativity at bay you should do your favorite work. Identify your favorite work. Your favorite work will give satisfaction. When you will do it, you will found that you are filling with happiness.
