How to be happy with your body
If you want to be happy with your body, then you will have to accept it in its present form. The reason for not accepting our body as it is that we compare our body from others. We compare ourselves with our favorite hero or heroine. We want to be like them. We see beautiful images on Facebook and what's up and think that they are actually so beautiful. People never think that the images they see on such sites may be photoshopped. We don’t think that there is a big difference between the reel life and real life. You can't replicate reel life to real life.
1. Be grateful for your body- Your body is a gift of God. You are alive with this earth when you are healthy. You are able to do anything when your body is healthy. Any pleasure you can enjoy when the body is healthy. Without your body, you will also not exist. It is surprising that despite having so many benefits we keep negativity. Everything in this world is unique. Your body is also unique. No one can be similar to you. So there is no reason to worry about your body. Be grateful for it. Feel with gratefulness for your every part of the body. Be thankful that your body is working well. Be thankful that your every part is healthy. Express your gratitude one by one for every part of your body. Doing so will fill you with happiness. Express gratitude daily. Soon it will become your second habit and you will forget all the negativity to your body.
2. Keep border perspective- Your hate to your body may be the result of your narrow mindset. See your body of border perspective. Know that there is no single definition of beauty. Beauty differs from person to person. If you think this way, you will not worry about your body. Keeping the border perspective is useful in every part of life. Your body can't be an exception to it. Don’t focus only on your colour, shape, and size. Shape and size of the body are not everything. Of course, there is the importance to physical appearance. But there is a limitation of it. The real thing is your internal beauty. This means that your thoughts should be good. You should be full of positivity, love, and compassion. If your thoughts are negative, you will not give importance of yourself. You may be less in physical attraction, but you may be good at other things. When you will start looking everything in this way, you will also feel good about your body. Whenever negative thoughts start coming in your mind, remember your qualities and achievements. Don’t focus only on your body. Instead, think that without qualities, there is no use of the handsome body. Apart from it, if you are fat, then it is OK; you are not going to take part in a beauty contest. Focus only on being healthy. If you are thin, it is OK. Being thin is not bad. You can save yourself from lifestyle diseases. Most essential thing is that your body should be healthy. See yourself from the different perspective.
3. Try to find the quality of your body- Your body is the most important thing to you. Try to find the quality of it. Try to find merit in each part of your body. Focus more on that body part which you like most. Think a while over it. If you think in the right way, you will certainly find a quality of you. If you fail to find any quality of your body, then once more try to find qualities of your body. It may be possible that you have overlooked your qualities. After all, efforts if you do not find any merits in your body. Then leave it for the next day. It is not possible that there is no quality of your body. Your failure to find the beauty of your body may be the result of your negative thinking. Despite all efforts, if you fail, then to remind yourself that there are many persons in this world that have had done extraordinary work without having a good appearance. They are known today, not for their handsome body, but they are known for their merits and achievements.
4. Love your body as it is- Consider your body as a temple. The first thing you should do to be happy with your body is that you should start loving your body of its present form. Consider your body good. When you will start loving your body, you will not hate from your body. Remember you can't love and hate your body together. Either you will love your body or hate. Moreover, Love your body as you love your beloved one. When you will start loving your body the question about good or bad will not arise. Think if your son is not handsome then will you stop loving him, surely not, you will love him whether he is handsome or not. Similarly, your body is your own. You should love your body as it is.

Not only you should eat food full of nutrients, but you should also eat your favorite food. Your favorite food will give you happiness.
6. Wear your desired clothes -Doesn't suppress your desire to wear your favorite clothes. Go to the market and buy your favorite dress. Wear the dress that is fit for you. In a new dress, your body will look beautiful. Seeing yourself in a beautiful dress will give you happiness.
7. Try to give your body a handsome look- Accepting your body of its present form does not mean that you should not do anything to give yourself a new look. Do yoga to make you fit and attractive. Make hairstyle you like. Use your favorite cream and shop.

9. Exercise- Exercise is key to keep your body fit and healthy. Not only exercise is necessary to keep yourself healthy, but it is also essential to be happy. Exercise releases a hormone that is essential to be happy.
10. Pamper yourself -As we pamper others, we should also pamper ourselves. Pampering may boost your mood and you may feel good to your body. Touch your body parts with love and feel sensations. Kiss it as you kiss your wife and your son. Don’t think it useless act. It is a way to develop love towards your body.
11. Think yourself unique- Think that your body is unique. Everything in this world is unique. No one can be like you. Every man, every tree, every flower, and every leaf are unique here. God has made everyone unique and special. So don't feel inferior to others. So a comparison is foolishness and the result of ignorance.
12. Don't compare yourself- Don't compare yourself to others. Consider yourself perfect. Everyone is handsome in its own way. Keep distance from Facebook and What's up, If the use of Facebook and what up compels you to compare yourself to others.
