Happiness is within you. It is not outside you. If you want to become happy, you will have to change yourself internally. You are unhappy because you have filled your mind with negatives thoughts. Those negative thoughts are making you unhappy. People, with whom you live, shape your thoughts. Your surrounding also leaves an impact on you. Without removing those negative imprints from your mind, true happiness will not come in your life. Does a child stay unhappy in an early phase of life? No, gradually his minds start programming negatively.

Our Attention never goes towards a positive aspect of life. But if you want to be happy you have to see a positive aspect of life and learn to be thankful. To be thankful make a journal and note down 10 things for which you are thankful for. There are many things to be grateful like your life, house, food, and clothes. You may be also grateful for your parents, wife, and children who give the pleasure of relations. Make it your daily routine. Believe me; you will not stay the same person after a few days of practice. Your life will begin to transform and you will be happier than before.

Identify them and starts praising your own qualities. Begin from your body. What body part do you like most? Praise them. Overlook what you not like . Stand before a mirror and look your face and say some praising words. Make a note of your specialties and read when you get time. Morning time is ideal for it. Do it 21 days and more. Remember when someone has loved you. Someone has praised you.
3. Spend life in the present- If you learn to livein present your all problems will remove. Normally, you worry about the past or future. Thus you waste your time and never get anything. You will have to learn to live in the present moment. To live in the present moment you will have to train your mind. Without training your mind to live in present, you can’t be happy.

Leaving perfectionist attitudes does not mean that you should not do anything to improve your life. Do everything to bring change in your life but don’t try to be perfectionists.
